Mitchell A. Norrell

  Mitch Norrell has been practicing law since 1989, and has extensive experience in Serious Injury and Wrongful Death litigation, as well as Social Security Disability and Family Law.  And he is a Certified Mediator for both Family Court and Circuit Court. Mitch is a proud graduate of Duke University and Vanderbilt University School of Law.  The vast majority of Mitch’s colleagues from these top ranked universities have taken positions at large firms in big cities throughout the world, but Mitch has always believed that his greatest strength is in his ability to connect with people, and that his calling is to use his knowledge and experience to represent people in a small town atmosphere.  Mitch is a Lancaster SC lawyer who brings a rare combination of a top notch education and common sense to a small and personalized law firm environment.

Mandy Powers Norrell

Mandy was born and raised in Lancaster County, was educated in Lancaster County public schools, and paid for college by working at Grace Bleachery.  She graduated with honors from Furman University and USC School of Law.  Mandy always knew that her calling was to represent the people of her hometown and surrounding areas and that is exactly what she has been doing since she finished law school in 1997. Mandy practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Serious Injuries, and Wrongful Death.  She also represented the southern portion of Lancaster County in the SC House of Representatives for four terms (2012-2020), and was the Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor in 2018.
